What to expect

  1. Discovery call (15 min)

    You describe your stack. I ask clarifying questions. We decide together if the audit is the right fit and size the engagement.

  2. Proposal & signature

    Fixed-price statement of work — from US$15,000, 50/50 milestone payment, seven-dimension scope locked in writing. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.

  3. Two-week audit

    You provide read access to relevant configs/repos and ~3 hours of engineer time. I deliver the readiness report, scored gap matrix, prioritized 90-day roadmap, and a live review session.

  4. Optional: implementation

    If you proceed to a fixed-price implementation within 60 days, the full audit fee is credited against the engagement. You pay for the diagnosis once.

Prerequisites (your side — minimal by design)

  • Read access to relevant configs and repos
  • A technical point of contact for the two weeks
  • ~3 hours of engineer time for interviews and the review session
